Terms of Service

At Rain or Snow Services, our team of experts are assembled for the express purpose of delivering supplies, resources, and whatever else our clients require. Our terms of service are designed to make this process as smooth as possible, and elaborate on what we do and do not provide for our community.

Deliveries
The primary duty of a Rain or Snow Courier is the delivery of supplies or packages to our clients. Items for delivery may be from our private stock, or they may be purchased by our team if we do not already possess the desired item. There is very little we cannot afford. If you wish to know, simply ask, and we will inform you what we are willing to purchase.

Deliveries can be made to clients, or to a recipient of choice for our clients. Clients will provide the following information, sent to rainorsnowservice@gmail.com, pertaining to their delivery:

 -Your name, your address, and means of contacting you(if you are uncomfortable sharing any of this information via email, we can discuss alternative modes of contact for this.)
-whatever threatens you(this refers to the specific Fear troubling you, as well as any other enemies you may have, such as Fear followers.)
-what it is you would like delivered(as mentioned before, Rain or Snow Services has considerable resources at our disposal. We can and will discuss accommodations for your delivery. If it turns out that what you need delivered is not within our means, we can discuss alternative modes of assisting you in acquiring the thing yourself.)
-who you would like the delivery made to(if it so happens that you are attempting to have something sent to someone else, whether from us to them or you to them, this also can be arranged.)

Financial Aid
Rain or Snow Services is significantly financially sound, and as such, will provide a sum of money up to and including $5,000 in USD per year. As any other method would be particularly inadequate for clients who are ofttimes without homes, much less bank accounts, such aid will be provided in cash. As before, your name and your location, as well as any threats which may impede our ability to deliver to you. Clients must also include in their email inquiries the amount desired. Note that, due to the nature of this type of aid, we will only provide financial aid to those who directly contact us for it.

If you live outside of the US, we will exchange the amount for your country's equivalent amount.

Non-violence & Neutrality
Rain or Snow Services is a pacifistic organization, devoted to the harmony of the Fear Community at large. As such, we will not provide weaponry for any client, although what our clients do with financial aid is their business. Additionally, on no account will we accept "deliveries" of violence or pain from one person onto another. We are not professional assassins, we are not muscle-for-hire. Our hope is that Rain or Snow Services can assist the Fear Community in coming together, for each other's sake, and violence does no one any good. We will provide means of protection, but we are not thugs or bodyguards; it is up to our clients to put our resources to use once they have been delivered.

Similarly, Rain or Snow Services is a Neutral Party in the larger Fear Community; we hold no allegiance to Runners over Proxies, to Timberwolves over Librarians. As such, requests will be honored for members of any of these groups, so long as they meet our other terms of service.

Do's and Don't's of Rain or Snow Services

-Do contact us if you need something delivered, to you or to someone you know. This is our primary mission.

-Don't request anything which might upset our neutrality in the Fear Community. As stated above, Rain or Snow Services is committed to peace between factions, whether they be Runner, Proxy, or anyone else similarly affected by the presence of Fear in their lives. We will not put the lives of any one 'faction's' members above another, and in fact would call for the abolition of such rigid definition between 'factions'.

-Do provide us with any potentially useful information for our delivery. We cannot fully assist you if we do not fully understand what danger we will be in doing so.

-Don't make false/joke inquiries. Often, our work is time sensitive, and requires that we address each case as quickly as possible. Time spent dealing with your prank is time lifted from someone else's legitimate problem. If you'd like to tell a joke about what we do, leave it in the comments on this blog.

-Do feel free to reach out to us for information regarding the Fears or their followers. If you are new to this community, it can be overwhelming and downright terrifying. Being equipped with the most up-to-date information can save your life, and we are more than willing to provide you with insight and assistance in this.

-Don't send us your "resume" or inquire about a position as one of our Couriers. We have a full, experienced team and we are not currently seeking more members.
