Be back soon

Maximum two days. I've got a personal project I need to work on. Nobody touch my files while I'm out unless you want to lose a hand. Doctor-patient confidentiality and all that. Yes, I can tell.  You know how to get in contact if I need to come back early to patch someone up or someone needs to... talk.

    2. To you, maybe. Not my fault if you can't deal with a little cipher. At least it's not binary. So passe.

    3. It was a note for Mal. Not your business, anyway. Which is usually the point of these little asides, until dear Jeresy poked at it.

    5. (The heart was sarcasm, in case you didn't catch that. Have a nice day.)

    6. (The "have a nice day" was not sarcasm, even if you are a pain)

    7. No more of a pain than you, honey. Enjoy your trip.

  2. I can already tell that this team will fall apart.

I mean, a team that has secrets from one another, a team that can't follow their own rules and when one of the team mates can fuck off anywhere without any sort of check up, or supervision?

    Yeah, these guys are fucked.

    2. Keeping a tab on aside comments I have for Mal in a public manner is handy for me, even if not easily accessible for everyone and their mother.

As to secrets, they're a fact of the human condition. Everyone has them, and everyone guards them heavily. It's something you have to learn to live and work with, because trust is a rare commodity in these situations, and it has to be earned.

Believe me, that's an area I know a lot about, sadly. But you learn to make things work anyway.
